Project for the construction of a 4-star hotel complex located in Badalona (Barcelona), with a total area of 6,980 m². The building has a total of 183 rooms designed to offer maximum comfort to guests, as well as a full range of services such as a lobby, restaurant, lobby, gym and swimming pool.
Solventa6 has been in charge of the comprehensive engineering service that includes both the design and calculation of the facilities, as well as the development of the executive architectural project. All interventions have been carried out with the use of BIM technology, which guarantees precise planning and efficient execution of the project. This methodology allows optimal coordination between the different phases of construction and the professionals involved, thus ensuring the best quality and functionality for the building.
