Rooftop solar photovoltaic self-consumption installation for Sauleda, a textile industry company, designed to maximize the available roof surface and reduce the facility’s energy consumption.
The plant has an installed capacity of 75.75 kWp, consisting of 150 photovoltaic modules rated at 505 Wp, mounted on a coplanar structure over a corrugated sandwich-panel roof. The system includes a Huawei SUN2000-100KTL-M2 inverter and a monitoring system to track the installation’s energy production.
The estimated annual energy production is 101,399.68 kWh, resulting in an estimated reduction of 27.68 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year. This project contributes to improving the company’s energy efficiency, reducing the environmental impact associated with electricity consumption, and advancing towards a more sustainable industrial model.
The project includes the technical design of the installation, photovoltaic field sizing, connection to the internal electrical network, electrical protection systems, monitoring infrastructure, and all the documentation required for permitting and administrative procedures.
