Construction of a 2,107 m² industrial warehouse designed specifically for logistics use. The building consists of two floors: the ground floor is used as a warehouse, while the upper mezzanine has been designed to house offices. Solventa6 has been in charge of the comprehensive engineering service, from the initial conceptualization, the development of the preliminary project and the construction management, and the design of all the facilities of the building.
