FEDER funds, a new call for grants to support innovative <strong>energy storage projects<\/strong> <strong>linked to renewable energy sources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"129\" data-end=\"442\">This funding line is part of the <strong data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"441\">PERTE for Renewable Energies, Renewable Hydrogen, and Storage (ERHA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"608\"><strong data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"495\">Application deadline: July 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM<\/strong><br data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"498\" \/>Grants are awarded through a competitive process, so both technical quality and submission timing are crucial.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"667\"><strong data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"667\">What can be subsidized and key requirements?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"735\">Only the battery (storage system) is eligible for the subsidy.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"776\"><strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"773\">Maximum eligible cost: \u20ac250\/kWh<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"920\">The system must be <strong data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"842\">hybridized with renewable energy sources<\/strong> (fossil fuels, aerothermal systems, and off-grid systems are not eligible).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"979\">A <strong data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"953\">minimum battery capacity<\/strong> is required to qualify.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1100\"><strong data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1006\">Eligible applicants:<\/strong> Large industrial consumers, SMEs with self-consumption, and entities with storage projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1221\"><strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1134\">Cybersecurity requirements:<\/strong> Servers must be located within the EU and comply with <strong data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1218\">NIS2\/311\/2022 regulations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1282\">The <strong data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1281\">subsidy percentage depends on the geographic data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1511\"><strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1475\">European manufacturing<\/strong> of the battery or its components.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1659\"><strong data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1547\">Permits processed before 2025<\/strong>, including access point, environmental impact declaration (EID), construction license, land use permits, etc.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1851\"><strong data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1732\">Contribution to the European value chain and industrial resilience<\/strong>: A minimum of <strong data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1759\">3 points<\/strong> in this category is required; projects scoring below this threshold will be disqualified.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1936\"><strong data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1885\">Location in a priority area<\/strong> as defined by <strong data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1933\">REE (Red El\u00e9ctrica de
