Project, direction and management of the construction work for a logistics warehouse

Industrial warehouse for logistics use with a ground floor for storage, merchandise loading docks,an administration area and a mezzanine floor for offices. The project has been planned with a precast reinforced concrete structure and walls to guarantee an execution time adapted to a reasonable cost and good fire performance.
SOLVENTA 6 has carried out a comprehensive engineering service, from the initial idea and draft to the commissioning; with project, direction and management of all the works and facilities.

This intervention has been designed and projected entirely with BIM methodology.
